When we are sitting, exercising, or during any of our movements, the air we breathe produces some sounds, and these sounds are very few, if the air moves faster through the nose than through the mouth. However, since the muscles in the back of our throat are partially relaxed and even temporarily closed during sleep, a tremor occurs in the throat while the person is trying to breathe, in this case, it causes snoring.
