Stating that constantly looking at the screen while working causes serious eye strain, Ün suggested that “Every 20 minutes, you should pause your work by looking 20 meters away for 20 seconds.”
Saying that the problem of nearsightedness started at the age of 40, Ün warned, “If there is a feeling of pain and tiredness around the head-eye area with presbyopia, it is time to use close glasses.”
