DAISY

With its muscle relaxant feature, it is perfect for those who relax the stomach muscles and suffer from bloating and indigestion. When you feel overly tense, sleepless and tired, you will relax by providing relaxation in the muscles. Get ready for a comfortable and deep sleep after chamomile tea.

BALM

It is used in Austria for the treatment and relief of symptoms of biliary, liver and nervous system disorders, including digestive problems. Unlike lemon balm, there is a different type of plant called lemon balm, which should not be confused with lemon balm. It differs from balm in that it seeks lemon. Studies have shown that lemon balm, thanks to its ingredients, relaxes the body, affects the nervous system, and makes it easier to fall asleep.

LAVENDER

Did you know that even just smelling lavender provides comfort? Thanks to the essential oils in its content, your muscles will relax, your nervous system will be affected and you will relax. Since it has a very intense aroma, it will be sufficient to use a small amount or to put a small leaf in your chamomile or lemon balm tea.

VALERIAN

Valerian, whose Latin name is Valeriana officinalis, contains more than a hundred active substances. It has been proven in studies that these active substances calm people, reduce anxiety, and are effective for those who have sleep problems. It accelerates the process of falling asleep and increases the time and quality of sleep. Valerian, which is a natural antidepressant, does not make addiction like drugs. This plant, in which the root and leaves are used, also lowers blood pressure and relaxes the muscles.

John’s Wort

As the name suggests, this plant with yellow flowers is another drug-free treatment for those suffering from stress and fatigue. Thanks to a substance called hypericin in its content, it is a plant that will relieve people who are depressed by helping the secretion of happiness hormone. It reduces stress, lowers blood pressure and is good for menstrual cramps. However, I recommend that people who use drugs do not use it without asking experts. Dizziness, nausea and tiredness will be seen as side effects due to excessive use.

Our first choice is to treat with natural foods and herbs instead of using drugs for a long time and is a more effective solution. But it should not be forgotten that while waiting for the benefit of plants, excessive use can harm us.
