“Fish / Fish oil: Fish and fish oils are rich in omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. The most important feature of omega 3 fatty acids is their positive effect on mental function health. It has been reported in studies that it is effective not only in mental functions, but also in heart diseases, eye health and protection against cancer. In case of deficiency, attention should be paid to adequate intake of omega 3 fatty acids with symptoms such as forgetfulness, depression and sleep problems, and care should be taken to consume fish rich in these fatty acids 2-3 times a week.
Walnuts are rich in omega 3 fatty acids, just like fish. In this way, its effect on forgetfulness and other mental functions and memory strengthening has been proven. We can meet our needs by consuming 2-3 pieces of walnuts, which are also rich in vitamin E per day.
