Brown fat cells actively burn calories

Newborns have high levels of brown fat, and these fat levels begin to decline with age. In adults, brown fat clusters are mostly found around the neck and collarbone. Brown fat cells are known to actively burn calories because of the mitochondria they have.”

Oil turns into water and carbon dioxide

Örkçü stated that weight loss usually occurs quickly when there is too much weight, and said, “As the weight and fat capacity decrease, this loss decreases. When fat is lost, the fat in the body turns into water and carbon dioxide and is excreted through the lungs and urine. As the fat comes out of the fat cells, these cells get smaller, but they do not disappear completely even when weight is lost. When they need to grow back, they wait until they gain weight.” said.
