If you want to dye your eyebrows at home, there are some points you should pay attention to. Here are 6 things you should never do when dyeing eyebrows… 1-
MAKE YOUR EYES CLEAN
Before dyeing eyebrows, your eyebrows should be completely clean and free of any product. Any skin care or eyebrow product will sabotage the dye. These products create a barrier between you and the dye, preventing your eyebrows from absorbing the dye and your eyebrow dye will not be permanent for a long time.
DON’T FORGET TO PROTECT YOUR SKIN
Before you start the coloring process, draw a frame around your eyebrows with Vaseline. Vaseline will prevent the paint from overflowing and will make your eyebrow shape appear more clearly.
If you add castor oil or coconut oil to the vaseline, it will have a more solid consistency and will not fall apart.
DO NOT APPLY TANNER
Do not use sunless tanners 24 hours before and after coloring your eyebrows.
Coloring your eyebrows after using fake bronzer will do nothing. Since the color in your eyebrow dye will interact with the dye on your skin, it may cause your eyebrows to take on a greenish color.
After dyeing your eyebrows, do not rush to wash your face. If you wash it, you will cause the paint on your eyebrows to fade.
Wash your face before dyeing your eyebrows.
Also, do not go swimming after coloring your eyebrows, stay away from salty or chlorinated water. This causes the color to fade immediately. 5-
DO NOT EXCEED
We all have a unique eyebrow shape. It will not look good if you shape it other than the eyebrow shape you have. Do not try to make your existing eyebrows look thicker by using more dye.
DON’T WAIT TOO MORE
When coloring your eyebrows, always follow the instructions on the package. To understand the color of the paint on your eyebrows, lift the paint in a small area and see the color. Then re-paint the damaged area.
If you have left the paint on your eyebrows for too long and a very dark color has appeared, remove the paint with an oily makeup remover and cotton. Apply a clarifying shampoo to your brow brush and then wash.
If this option didn’t work, add some baking soda to your shampoo and turn it into a paste. Then apply it to your eyebrows. Leave it for a few minutes and wash it off. You can repeat this method until the paint has opened as many times as you want.
