Staying away from sedentary life provides support in the process of fighting kidney disease.
The most basic need for the kidneys to function properly is water! The harmful substances filtered from the blood with the water we drink are turned into urine and removed from our body only in this way. When there is not enough water in our body, our kidneys use much more power to work and its wear is accelerated. For this reason, kidney patients need to drink 1.5-2 liters of water every day in order to improve their quality of life.
While the World Health Organization warns not to consume more than 5 grams of salt per day, that is, one teaspoon of salt, daily salt consumption in our country reaches 18 grams.
